About Us

Rooted in Service. Driven by Purpose.

Peaceful Warrior Institute was built on the belief that healing is a human right — and that those who serve and care for others deserve access to practices that restore their own resilience, ease, and purpose.

Our Mission

To expand access to evidence-informed, trauma-sensitive mind-body wellness programs for Veterans, military families, caregivers, women, and underserved communities — meeting people where they are and supporting lasting well-being.

Our Vision

A world where every person — regardless of background, income, or circumstance — has access to the tools and practices that cultivate resilience, restore wholeness, and build thriving communities.

Our Values

01

Equity

We believe wellness is a right, not a privilege. We work to remove barriers and ensure our programs reach those who need them most.

02

Trauma-Sensitivity

Every program we offer is grounded in trauma-informed principles — creating spaces of safety, choice, and empowerment.

03

Evidence-Informed Practice

We integrate the best available research with lived experience and traditional wisdom to deliver programs that truly work.

04

Community

Healing happens in relationship. We cultivate spaces of belonging, mutual support, and collective resilience.
